Free Online Courses with FlowMindful

Our courses are designed for people new or experienced to this practice, with the aim of introducing principal aspects of the traditional Mindfulness Meditation in a secular way. However, some experienced practitioners find it helpful in reviewing and clarifying many aspects of the mindfulness practice.
